The developers of the Royal Wharf project that is located on the river near to the Royal Docks in London, Ballymore & Oxley have said that the next selection of new homes that are a part of the development will be released next month. The new homes will be a mixture of two three and four bedroomed duplex apartments that are thought to be ideal for young families wanting to be close to all of the amenities on offer in London while also enjoying a bit of extra space.

The homes have been designed as having generously proportioned living and kitchen spaces with large windows to let lost of light in and give views out over the River Thames. On the 29th of July, when the homes will be released for sale, there will be a show apartment open in Endeavour House which is one of the first buildings that are a part of the development that has been fully completed. The interior design of the show apartment has been designed by Milc Style.

This development in London will create a brand new community with streets, parks and greens connecting the homes. Sovereign Place is also being developed as a part of the Royal Wharf project and will see the creation of independent restaurants and bars, shops and cafés that will give the residents of the new development good access to local amenities. Royal Wharf is located 20 mins away from the West End and five minutes away from Canary Wharf. Residents will also be able to step out of their new homes on to a 500m stretch of promenade that looks out over the Thames as well as a 2.4 acre park on the development and two parks that are located at the side of the river. Prices of the two bedroomed houses start from £695,000.
