National engineering consultancy Rodgers Leask has been appointed to two recently launched four-year residential frameworks, highlighting its expertise across civil, structural and geo-environmental engineering.
The consultancy’s civil and structural support can be procured through Great Places Housing Group’s £1.5 billion Innovation Chain North (ICN) framework. The framework has been designed to support delivery of new homes across the north of England, not only to support Great Places’ affordable development programme but also other housing associations operating across the north of England.
Rodgers Leask is one of the 103 contractors and consultants from the 206 that applied to be successful, selected based on technical competence, price and commitment to social value.

Earning a place on the £6.6 million Keystone Developments Limited Professional Services and Consultancy Framework for new build residential, new build extra care and refurbishment projects, Derby-headquartered Rodgers Leask will also be able to provide housing associations in the Midlands and East of England with ground investigation services.
