John Brown (Strone), Marshall Construction, Morris & Spottiswood, Cruden Building & Renewals, Jr Construction (Scotland), Esh Construction, Ashleigh (Scotland), Ccg (Scotland), Lovell Partnerships and Mctaggart Construction have secured places on lot one for low value contracts.

Keepmoat Regeneration, Marhsall Construction, Cruden Building & Renewals, Jr Construction, Esh Construction, J. Smart & Co. (Contractors), Ashleigh (Scotland), Ccg (Scotland), Lovell Partnerships and Mctaggart Construction have bagged places on lot two for medium value contracts.

Link Group is procuring the framework on behalf of its eight subsidiary companies as well as fourteen local authorities and housing associations.

Under the framework, contractors will build affordable mixed-tenure housing, including homes for private rent and market sale.

Construction News revealed in September that Lovell Partnership was one of 26 firms to secure a place on Hyde Housing’s £1bn main contractor framework.

Lovell Partnership bagged a place on lots four, five, six seven and eight of the framework.
