Wigwam Storage has confirmed the opening of its latest facility in March, Cambridgeshire, further extending its reach as one of the UK’s rapidly expanding independent self storage providers. Set to launch this spring, the site has been redeveloped from a former DPD distribution centre into a fully modernised storage and warehouse space.
Designed to meet the needs of both domestic and commercial users, the facility offers a variety of storage options, including secure self storage units and flexible warehouse solutions. With access available seven days a week, the site is equipped with advanced security measures and features the Noke Smart Entry system, providing keyless, app-controlled entry for added ease and protection.
“We’re thrilled to bring Wigwam Storage to March,” said Simon Fothergill, Managing Director at Wigwam Storage. “Our goal has always been to make storage simple, secure and affordable. As our fifteenth location, it’s exciting to see Wigwam becoming a familiar name in more communities across the country.” “We’ve transformed an empty logistics hub into a modern, sustainable storage and warehouse facility that makes use of existing infrastructure”
The new March location is expected to officially open in Spring 2026, with special introductory promotions planned for early users. The addition of this site underlines Wigwam Storage’s ongoing expansion strategy across the UK.
