Homebuyers will have an opportunity to reserve new Bovis Homes properties in West Malling this month as the first homes are released for sale at Pippins Place.
Bovis Homes is building new homes at the location west of Winterfield Lane as part of a joint venture with Wates Developments.
The development will be officially launched to the public during this month and the first properties for sale will include a selection of four and five-bedroom houses, with three-bedroom houses to be released in Autumn, too.
