Leading North West law firm Hillyer McKeown has launched a fresh recruitment drive having been appointed to a prestigious conveyancing panel.

Hillyer McKeown has been chosen by Property Butler to provide its estate agent clients with residential property legal services.

A Director of Property Butler, Tim Price, which operates throughout the UK, said that conveyancing is one of the most important aspects of any property transaction, but is one which traditionally provides estate agents with the biggest headache.

Price continued: “By only working with award-winning solicitors committed to the highest possible standards, we are enabling estate agents to improve the quality of service they offer home buyers.

“Hillyer McKeown has been selected as a solicitor partner because of its commitment to client care, communication, innovation and the latest technology.”

Hillyer McKeown’s Residential Conveyancing Head of Operations, Tricia Lonorgan, said that they are pleased to have been appointed to Property Butler’s prestigious panel of award winning solicitors.

Lonorgan continued: “We have invested heavily in putting in place the best possible people and systems to ensure our conveyancing clients receive the best possible service.

“Buying and selling your home is the biggest decision most people make. Estate agents and their clients need to know that their conveyancing service will be fast, responsive and cost effective.

She added that as a result of panel appointments like Property Butler, the company is now actively looking for up to a dozen new recruits to join the team.

Conveyancing is just one of Hillyer McKeown’s many departments to have seen significant growth over the course of the last year.
