Network Auctions has capped off a great 2016 with a fantastic result at the Central London December auction, after raising an impressive total of £3.5 million which was an 85% sales success thanks to auctioneer Guy Charrison.

The UK auction house has raised over a staggering £41 million in 2016, and this is with the results from the final sales of the year in Birmingham still pending, so things are going to get even better for Network Auctions.

84% of lots offered in 2016 have already been sold this year, which compared to 2015’s figures is a 13.5% increase, so the rapid growth of the company year on year is clear for all to see and 2017 is likely to see even more improvements.

“We shall be holding eleven auctions in 2017, six in London and five in Birmingham and, as our partner network grows” commented Toby Limbrick, the managing director at Network Auctions. “We fully anticipate increasing the number of lots offered and sold next year.”

The Central London auctions in December have really displayed some impressive sales, with a three-bedroom semi-detached house in Slough selling for £400,000 which was £75,000 higher than the reserve figure.

The next auctions in London will be taking place on 8th March at the Grosvenor House Hotel, with more dates at the same location following on 3rd May, 5th July, 7th September, 2nd November and 7th December. The Birmingham auction dates will be held at the home of Birmingham City FC in 2017, on 15th March, 10th May, 12th July, 13th September and 13th December.

Network Auctions are now encouraging anybody who is thinking of selling a property to contact the company and discuss the potential options, and also agents who are wishing to be involved in this success story and offer auctions are also being called for.
