It was announced in March that the full service construction firm, Decorean will start work on a £20 million residential redevelopment that is located in Alton Mews, Aylesbury. It is thought that the development will be made up of 72 properties that are a mixture of one and two bedroom flats. The flats in question will have their own parking and are expected to be finished to a high specification.

The top finishes for the flats will be representative of Decorean’s main company statement, which is ‘dedication to perfection’. The plan is that the properties will be completed and on sale for the autumn/winter 2017. It is thought that the flats will be priced at approximately £270,000.

Over the course of last year, the property prices in Aylesbury has increased more than they have in any other UK city. This information is according to research that has come from Plentific. This new construction project taken on by Decorean confirms the constantly increasing demand for homes. Aylesbury is a popular city that is a very attractive for potential buyers. Therefore, constructing flats that will also be attractive and affordable with a great travel time to London. The development will be located less than an hour away from London, which makes Aylesbury a popular location for commuters. The easy transport time to London means that the area will continue to be in demand, by those working in the Capital and not wanting or being able to find a place to live there.

The apartments that will be coming on to the market will be in a very attractive location as well as having a high grade finish and facilities like parking. The apartments also offer great views and all while being affordable and within travelling distance to London. These apartments aren’t going to be available for very long when they do come on to the market.
