Construction Work Begins on 225 New Homes in North Tyneside
Work has begun to construct a range of over 200 new homes at East Benton Rise, in Station Road, Wallsend. Persimmon Homes has launched its development with a selection of two, three, four and five bedroom houses and apartments available to buyers. Prices begin at £154,950 for three bedroom terrace houses and ranges to £293,950 for five bedroom detached houses.
The site is situated with easy access to Newcastle city centre, North Shields and Tynemouth. It is also a short distance away from the Rising Sun Country Park, which boasts 400 acres of grassland, woodland, wetlands and a lake. The park is popular with walkers, cyclists and horse riders.
The development is also within easy reach of the Forum shopping centre, along with several other shopping outlets in the local area. There are also lots of sports facilities including a golf club and water slide complex just a short distance away from the development. The area also has a range of well-regarded schools and higher education institutions.
