    F&C Commercial Property Holdings have let part of the ground floor of building A, Watchmoor Park. Through the use of BMO Real Estate Partners, the space has been let to Britax Childcare for £18.50 psf.

    BMO Real Estate Partners is a business that focuses on commercial property and has a worldwide portfolio worth approximately £6.9 billion. The business manages property on behalf of a variety of clients that can be either individuals, institutional clients or property trusts. The business has networks of offices located in London, Munich, Paris and Dublin. BMO uses external research as well as other forecasting tools in order to find the inefficiencies and opportunities for its clients.

    The space is a 3,530 sq. ft. office which is situated on part of the ground floor of Building A and is set within the Watchmoor Park, a prime business park. The business park is half a mile from J4 of the M3. Now, only 7,570 sq. ft. now remains available to let in Building A, on the first floor. This building is being let after being completely refurbished to a standard that is now consistent with modern requirements.

    Britax Childcare is a manufacturer operating worldwide and dealing with premium branded car safety seats for children. The company is a recognized, technological safety and quality leader in this sector and is now moving from Chertsey to Camberley.

    It is good for the business that they can attract premium brands and it will attract other potential renters to this area, and make it a sought after location as well as creating jobs in the area and boosting the local economy by having new businesses move to the area. The attraction of premium brands to this area is also a credit to the redevelopment work carried out by the Commercial Property Holdings company. In this instance, Hanover Green and Wadham & Isherwood have acted as Landlord for this agreement.
