The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) has launched www.shop.cieh.org, an online shop where customers can purchase training materials for less, at any time and from anywhere.
It has been well received by clients, including Susan Ladkin, of Ladkin-Oak Training who said: “I found the CIEH’s online service really easy to use. In particular, it will be a great help going forward as there will be times when I have to make changes to my programme and I can now order new training materials quickly and out of hours at a time that suits me.”
Paul Warren, Director of Food and Hygiene, commented: “I have been suitably impressed by the new online shop from the CIEH. Long gone are the days when we worked a solid 9 to 5 and the new shop allows me to make orders wherever I happen to be working and at any point of the day, saving me the hassle of phoning the customer services team.”
Frank Post, CIEH’s Executive Director of Commercial Services, said: “The new Online Shop gives our valued customers more of what they want – low prices, product choice and convenience.”
