National homebuilder, Bellway has exceeded all expectations at Longholme Park in Retford – with just two homes left for sale less than two years after the development’s launch.

Being built on land to the south of the town’s Longholme Farm, the exclusive development comprises 60 homes and has provide extremely popular with buyers of all ages who have been drawn by the location, choice and style of the homes.

Melanie Smith, Bellway’s sales director, said: “Our reputation for building homes that buyers love is long established, but we don’t just stop there – we’re here to create homes and communities that people will love in an environment they’ll be proud to call home.

“We’ve certainly achieved this in Retford, with Longholme Park transforming this area of the town into a busy, happy new community, with a strong mix of new buyers, growing families and downsizers making it an exciting and interesting place to call home.”

The development features a selection of four- and five- bedroom homes, all of which form part of Bellway’s stylish Artisan range. This collection of homes reflects the artisan traditions at the heart of the company, and the 75 years of expertise that go in to delivering the highest standard of modern and stylish living.

The two homes left are a five bedroom detached Watchmaker and a four bedroom detached Goldsmith – both of which provide spacious, stylish family accommodation that buyers will love. The Watchmaker features five double bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen diner and family area and stunning bi-folds that open onto the back garden. While the Goldsmith features the kitchen diner and family area, a separate study and four double bedrooms – two of which are en suite.  Prices on the remaining homes £469,995 to £369,995 respectively.
