ASK4 is excited to announce the appointment of Christopher Holloway as Managing Director of Europe. In addition, several key leadership changes have been made to support ASK4’s continued expansion across UK and European markets.
Christopher Holloway joins ASK4 as Managing Director of Europe, bringing deep industry experience from his previous role as Chief Business Development Officer at Yugo. Christopher’s sector knowledge and strong relationships across the multi-tenant accommodation market will be key to enhancing ASK4’s client offering across European markets.
Having worked closely with ASK4 as a supplier during his time at Yugo, Christopher is well-placed to understand ASK4’s strengths and the value of its services for clients. Christopher will focus on building strategic alliances and strengthening ASK4’s presence in key European markets such as Germany, Iberia, Italy, and France.

Rob Crowther (formerly Group Sales Director) has been appointed to lead Strategic Deals & Partnerships. In this new role, Rob will focus on securing major portfolios and exploring adjacent sectors, ensuring ASK4 continues to meet the needs of both existing and new clients with tailored solutions that scale with their growth.
ASK4 is also reinforcing its leadership in the UK with the promotion of Billy Kontoulis (formerly Business Development Director for Europe) to UK & Ireland Sales Director. Billy will lead new growth across the UK and Ireland, focusing on expanding ASK4’s reach in the university, PBSA and BTR sectors. His work will prioritize helping clients stay ahead of the curve with competitive, future-proofed solutions.
