Showhomes Now Open at Bellway’s Bronze Fields Development

Two new showhomes have been unveiled at a housing development in Bury St Edmunds. The two new properties – the four-bedroom Scrivener and the three-bedroom Thespian – at Bellway’s Bronze Fields at Marham Park have been decorated and furnished by interior design experts.

At the exclusive appointment-only launch held in December, visitors were treated to mince pies and mulled wine as they toured the showhomes for the first time.

Bellway Eastern Counties is building 198 new homes at Bronze Fields, off Marham Parkway, as part of a wider 330-home neighbourhood forming the final phase of Marham Park. The developer is delivering a selection of two, three and four-bedroom properties. Bellway Essex is building the remaining 132 homes at Saxon Heath under the Ashberry Homes brand.

“We enjoyed a very successful launch of the two new showhomes at Bronze Fields. It was a fantastic day where everyone really got into the festive spirit,” said Rachael Gatehouse, Sales Manager for Bellway Eastern Counties.

The Scrivener house type has an open-plan kitchen/dining/family room plus a utility room and a separate living room downstairs, with an en suite master bedroom and three further bedrooms on the first floor.

The Thespian showhome, meanwhile, has an open-plan kitchen/dining room with French doors to the garden and a separate living room with an attractive bay window, while upstairs are three bedrooms, including one with an en suite shower room.

“We have been looking forward to being able to open the showhomes to give prospective buyers a feel of the spacious layout and high quality of construction of our new houses. Both showhomes have been beautifully dressed by our interior design team and provide visitors with a perfect chance to visualise what it could be like to live in one of these properties,” added Rachael.
