Regency Residential Launch New Sheffield Apartment Complex

The property development and consultancy firm, Regency Residential has launched their new city centre apartment complex. The company, a part of the MCR Property Group has announced their latest development in Sheffield.

The new city centre apartment complex will be located on Queens Street in Sheffield city centre. Queens House will consist of 99 high specification apartments that will be available in a range of sizes including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom. The layouts of each unit will cover between 330 and 650 sq. ft.

Each of the properties in the city centre development project completed by Regency Residential will be finished beautifully and will boast an open plan living space with fitted kitchens and contemporary bathrooms. The building is situated in the centre of Sheffield, close to a range of local amenities, entertainment, landmarks, green space and good transport links. Near to the newly launched complex is The Orchard Square Shopping Centre, O2 Academy and Odeon Cinema, all of which are a five-minute walk away from the building.

Queens House is scheduled for completion early next year and it is thought that there will be flats available for viewing at the start of next year. The managing Director of the Manchester-based Regency Residential, Chris Taylor has said that Sheffield is one of the largest cities in England, with a growing population that also includes more than 60,000 students. This demand in the city for limited properties that are built to a high specification has increased, with these developments being popular with young professionals and mature students. Both Sheffield Hallam University and University of Sheffield are within a 15-minute walk of the development, meaning Queens House will be ideal for this market.
