Hale Homes Development in Prince’s Wharf, Swansea

Hale Homes, the Neath based property development company has released their latest property development for sale. The new development is located in the sought after SA1 area of Swansea. Prince’s Wharf consists of twenty-three properties, sixteen of which feature unique rooftop terraces to deliver sea views while offering a sun trap for residents.

The Hale development that has recently gone on sale in SA1 is the company’s second development in this area. Prior to this, Hale built their Harbour view development in 2011. The company has received lots of positive feedback from those now living in the development. Since the Prince’s Wharf was made available for reservation, four properties have already been bought. With such a keen interest in the development, Prince’s Wharf will no doubt be as successful as its predecessor.

It is thought that the Prince’s Wharf Development will be occupied throughout 2018. The development has given Hale Homes the opportunity to deliver twenty-three high quality homes. The new development is being constructed near to the Village Hotel and there have been plans proposed by the Welsh Government to transform the empty site that sits opposite the new homes into a park.

Prince’s Wharf has twenty-three properties that are available from £250,000 and, despite the restricted space, the development also has a detached property with a roof terrace and a garden. Five of the homes, including those with roof terraces also have gardens. All of the homes will be fitted with Triso-Warm which is a specialised type of wall insulation and which could cut down on heating costs for future residents. The properties are expected to be spread over three and four stories and will have a centralised staircase.
