The first residents have moved in at a new Bellway housing development in Sherfield on Loddon near Hook.
Bellway Wessex is building 150 new homes at Longfield Place on an 18-acre site off Reading Road.
The housebuilder is delivering a total of 90 new homes for private sale with 60 affordable properties for local people through rent or shared ownership.
