Italian Flooring Brand Natura Launches in the UK Under the Renowned Florian Group

Natura Flooring, part of Italy’s esteemed Florian Group, has officially launched in the United Kingdom with a 6,000-square-foot distribution facility near Harrogate, North Yorkshire. The new site marks the brand’s first UK base, offering British homeowners, designers, and architects access to authentic, Italian-made wood flooring that blends craftsmanship, sustainability, and timeless style.

Unlike many mass-produced flooring brands that import from China — where toxic glues and chemicals are often used in production — every Natura floor is crafted entirely in Italy using premium European oak and walnut. Each product is made by skilled artisans who merge traditional woodworking expertise with modern precision technology. The result is a non-toxic, family-friendly range that unites durability, natural beauty, and environmental responsibility, while offering exceptional Italian quality at prices accessible to UK buyers.

“We started this new distribution because the UK is a fantastic market that deserves to understand what true wood flooring really means,” says Silvia Florian, Director of Natura Flooring and a member of the founding Florian family. “Too often, people buy based on price alone, unaware of the poor quality and lack of regulation behind many cheaper imports. With Natura, we make it possible for every customer to have beautifully crafted, responsibly sourced Italian floors that are built to last, without paying premium prices.”

Strategically located just off the A1 at Junction 47, the Harrogate facility spans 6,000 square feet and stores over 1,000 square metres of each flooring range, ensuring rapid next-day or two-day delivery across the UK. Customers can book private appointments to view collections and consult with the Natura team on upcoming projects. A new showroom, currently under construction, will open in 2026, complementing the company’s existing Northampton site. The investment has already generated seven new jobs and established Natura’s operational and customer support hub for the UK.

All Natura Flooring products are FSC® certified and fully compliant with the European Timber Regulation (EUTR), providing complete transparency and assurance of sustainable sourcing from responsibly managed European forests. The brand’s connection to the Florian Group guarantees that every stage of production — from forest management to finishing — adheres to eco-friendly standards powered by renewable energy and zero-waste practices.

Oliver Dodds, UK Sales Manager at Natura Flooring, added: “Imagine walking across a floor crafted with the same precision, beauty, and soul that defines Italian design. That’s exactly what Natura Flooring is bringing to the UK. We’re thrilled to be able to bring the feet of this country the feel of Italian luxury.”

Natura’s collections feature Engineered Wood Flooring, Solid Wood Flooring, and The Family Floor — a patented hybrid line unique to the Florian Group.

With a heritage spanning over five decades, the Florian Group has supplied fine wood materials for some of the world’s most iconic projects, including the Armani Building, Tiffany Stores, The Parker Hotel, and The Bellemont in New York. Now, this same craftsmanship and passion are being brought to British interiors, offering a genuine taste of Italian excellence for the UK’s homes and design spaces.
