Sabel & Co, an online estate agency operating across Derbyshire, has announced a 12-month charitable programme to mark the anniversary of Belper Mills, the UNESCO-listed industrial site now approved for redevelopment after more than a decade of advocacy.
Founded in 2024 by Amanda Jarvis-Doyle, the business has built a reputation for its clear pricing structure and simplified property sales process.
With over three decades of professional experience, Jarvis-Doyle identified a need for a more accessible approach to estate agency, particularly for homeowners unfamiliar with the steps involved.
Under the new initiative, £250 from every completed sale will be donated to a charity chosen by the client, connecting local property activity with community benefit during a significant period for the town.
“This is my town, these are the people I love to help and being able to give something back and donate, in the 240th anniversary of Belper Mills seemed very fitting, and one we are delighted to do,” said Amanda Jarvis-Doyle.
The agency’s entry-level package, set at £997 plus VAT, includes the core services required to bring a property to market, with the intention of reducing hidden costs and unnecessary complexity.
Amanda added: “Most people don’t sell properties frequently. They need help, they need to know how to navigate the estate agency world. With Sabel & Co, we offer varied packages that take away so much of the hassle and worry”.
Belper Mills’ forthcoming redevelopment is expected to create new opportunities within the area, and Sabel & Co’s charitable commitment reflects the same forward-looking outlook.
The initiative highlights the firm’s emphasis on ethical practice, local involvement and clear communication with clients.
