It is good for the business that they can attract premium brands and it will attract other potential renters to this area, and make it a sought after location as well as creating jobs in the area and boosting the local economy by having new businesses move to the area. The attraction of premium brands to this area is also a credit to the redevelopment work carried out by the Commercial Property Holdings company.
