Devonshire Homes Has Been Working to Create High Quality Property

Devonshire Homes has been working to create high quality property developments since they first started operating in 1992. The Tiverton based company has focused on creating the best product they can, leading to a number of different award wins. As part of their plans to expand, Devonshire Homes has appointed a new Managing Director.

Tony Lane has been appointed to this role after being attracted to the company’s ambitions and plans for future growth. Tory Lane has previously spent more than 20 years working for Galliford Try. Tony has managed to develop an enviable reputation as part of the industry and he will be an asset to the property Development business in his new role. Tony has a great deal of experience to bring to the company and in his most recent role he was the Pre-Construction and Development DIrector.

During his time at Galliford Try Tony has been involved with a variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects that have been complex to deliver. Tony has also had the responsibility of all of the Commercial and Development activities in the Galliford Try Group including working on ways to boost the Group’s other brands, Midas and Linden.

In his new role at Devonshire Homes Tony Lane will have a great deal of responsibility again, but he has already proved he is up for the task. The Property development company have appointed Tony as the Managing Director in order to see him watch over all aspects of the business from customer service to land purchase. Tony will be able to mould the company in order to make sure that they are able to operate effectively and in way that boosts growth. Devonshire Homes are working towards launching two site this summer as well as lying in wait to develop the high quality homes needed in north and mid Devon in order to meet the high demand.
