Auriens Received Permission For Their Luxury Living Project

Last week Auriens revealed that they had receive permission for their luxury living project. The development will be located in Chelsea. The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has given planning permission for the development that will lead to 55 new luxury apartments being created. The development has been designed with ‘later lifers’ in mind, and will be situated on Dovehouse Street which is just off the King’s road in Chelsea.

The development of apartments is expected to include the opportunity for 24-hour full care facilities. The Project will also include a restaurant and hydrotherapy pool, spa and gym. Other features of the luxury development are access to a private members’ club, café, gardens, library, consulting rooms and a cinema room. The London developer Auriens has also confirmed that they are in partnership with the leading nursing and private care provider in London as they work on this project. The development will create a new community for the residents.

It is thought that the Groundbreaking for the project will take place in the summer and the build is expected to be finished in 2019. It is in 2019 that the development will open its doors to the residents. Before this, Studio Auriens is expected to open in mid-June. The Studio is located on Culford Gardens and will allow prospective buyers to get a feel for the development as it is being built. The Studio will include details of the interiors that have been designed by Richmond International. Studio Auriens will also show the new products and technology that will be included in the luxury Chelsea apartments.

The team at Auriens has also announced that they have appointed Brendan Moss as their new Head of Development. This appointment has been made in order to support the next stages of the Chelsea development. Brendan Moss joins Auriens from Chelsea Barracks where he had the role of Director of development.
