1000 Space Car Park Has Been Completed by The Arora Group

A 1000 space car park has been completed by The Arora Group close to London’s Heathrow Airport. The high quality car park has been constructed in a good location for the Airport’s Terminals 2,3 and 4.  The structure has been built by Grove Developments, which is a division of the Arora Group and is a boost to the company’s already significant portfolio in this area of London.

The car park is located on Sealand road and consists of 306,234 sq. ft. of space that will be available for let. The car park has been built over five floors and will be able to accommodate more than 1,000 parking spaces. The structure will also contain smart technology which includes systems such as Automatic Number Plate Recognition which will allow the remote management of 1500 cars movements in an hour. The car park will also have features that will help with more advanced management such as several different electrical charging points.

The Arora Group have managed the site for a number of years prior to the new development. Before the work started on the site, there was a ground level car park at the location. It is thought that the newly developed site will be let to an aviation business that has yet to be confirmed, and Gate Gourmet, which is a worldwide caterer for airlines. Gate Gourmet has their offices close to the site so the car parking space will be valuable to the company.

The Arora Group has completed the work on the car park after it announced that they will be building three new hotels near to London Heathrow Airport. These three new developments and the construction of the car park have been added to the five other Arora Group developments in the Heathrow area.  The construction Group is adding to their already strong presence at other main transport hubs such around the country which includes Gatwick and Stanstead Airport.
