Innovo, an industry leader in development and innovation across the built environment, today announces the launch of its Real Estate Development Team with the appointments of industry heavyweights John Forrester and Brendon Moss.
- John will serve as Chair of Innovo Real Estate Development as it builds its operations across geographies, and Brendon has joined as Managing Director of Innovo Real Estate Development

John will serve as Chair of Innovo Real Estate Development, providing strategic direction and support to the Real Estate Development Team. John’s career spans more than 35 years in property and real estate, having most recently served as Group CEO and Global President of Cushman & Wakefield from July 2017 to December 2023. John also serves as a Special Adviser to Related Argent, one of the largest privately-owned property and urban regeneration businesses in the UK.
Brendon has joined as Managing Director of Innovo Real Estate Development, leading the operations of the Development team. Brendon moves to Innovo from Auriens Group, where he was Head of Development since 2017. He previously worked for Qatari Diar where he oversaw the redevelopment of the Chelsea Barracks, and prior to that he was a Director at Land Securities and Tishman Speyer.
