Show Apartment Open at New Development in Beckton

Home-hunters are being given the opportunity to explore a new show apartment at a new development in Beckton in London. Bellway London has now opened the doors to the two-bedroom showhome at its Beckton Parkside development, this Saturday, 12 February.

The developer is delivering 391 apartments at the development, off Viking Gardens, with 281 apartments for private sale and 110 provided as affordable housing for local people through rent or shared ownership.

“We have been looking forward with much anticipation to opening the doors to a new show apartment at Beckton Parkside. This showhome, which has been expertly dressed by our team of interior design experts, gives visitors a different perspective to our previous showhome of what it would be like to live in a new-build apartment here,” said Emma Hamlett, Sales Director for Bellway London.

The housebuilder is delivering a collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments at Beckton Parkside. The development’s apartment buildings are transforming a former brownfield site which was formerly East Ham Industrial Estate.

“Demand has been strong right from the outset at Beckton Parkside. Forty of the private sale residents completed in the month of December alone and we expect interest to remain very high. We would advise anyone considering a move to Beckton Parkside to get in touch with us as soon as possible,” Emma added.

Construction work, which is progressing well, began on the site in 2018 and is due to finish on site by late 2023. There is currently a range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments available to reserve at Beckton Parkside, with prices starting from £303,000 to £479,500.
