Partner Construction has Successful Year

The County Durham-based house building company has announced that they will be celebrating a business milestone. The company has built their 2017th house since the they first started business, in 2017. Partner Construction has been developing over the course of this year and has shown an unprecedented level of growth. The company has so far seen their pre-tax profits treble over the course of the past year.

Since it was established in 2010, the company has formed partnerships with a number of different industry players. These companies include blue chip contractors. Partner Construction has 15 live sites in locations from Oxford to Essex to Darlington. The company has laid out plans for future growth.

The Managing Director of the company, Leigh Cresswell, has said that the team have always been working on the development of a great firm and obviously the company has been very happy their performance. Coming to the end of the year it is great for the business to say that they have sold their 2017th home in 2017. The company has ambitious plans for 2018 and the future beyond.

The company currently works on 15 different developments. One of these is the 73-plot Springfield Oval site is located near to Oxford and is being undertaken alongside Waterloo Housing Group. Partner Construction is also working to create 25 homes in Essex. Closer to their County-Durham home, the house building company has a 70-home development which is located in Spennymoor, The Acorns. This project is being undertaken through a partnership with Maple Oak Homes. On top of this the Alexander Street development in Darlington will also see the construction of another 66 properties.
