New Sky Plaza Apartments Launched as Housing Demand Continues

The latest data from Zoopla shows that demand continues to outstrip supply in the UK housing market, with 2022 seeing the busiest January and February since 2016. Homebuilders are racing to deliver homes to help meet the ‘near record demand for properties’ reported by Zoopla, with the latest launch featuring a range of contemporary one- and two-bedroom apartments at Sky Plaza in Farnborough.

Sky Plaza’s apartments have been beautifully designed for modern day living. A fabulous open plan kitchen with Zanussi appliances is at the heart of each home, while the open plan living spaces are full of light. The bathrooms deliver contemporary luxury and the main bedrooms include fitted cupboards for convenience and clutter-free living. All homes come with allocated parking, while some also benefit from a balcony, terrace or garden.

“There is extremely strong demand for new homes in many locations across the UK at present and Farnborough is certainly no exception. First-time buyers and commuters in particular are looking for contemporary properties that tick all the right boxes in terms of quality, location and eco-friendliness,” said Emma Jones, Sales and Marketing Director at Bellway Homes.

Bellway’s Sky Plaza apartments are located just a five-minute walk from the centre of Farnborough, meaning they also provide an easy commute into London. Waterloo Station can be reached by direct train in under 40 minutes from Farnborough train station, which is just 16 minutes’ walk from Sky Plaza. The bustling city of Reading is also less than 30 minutes away.

Sky Plaza residents can also enjoy a great number of local countryside hot spots, from Fleet Pond – Hampshire’s largest freshwater lake – to acres and acres of greenery at Frimley Lodge Park and Queen Elizabeth Park.

The one- and two-bedroom apartments at Sky Plaza are close to a number of well-regarded nurseries, schools and colleges, with Farnborough College just a few minutes’ walk away.

Apartments at Sky Plaza start from £248,000 for a one-bedroom home and £322,500 for two bedrooms, with 50% of the properties available through Help to Buy. The development also features a selection of three-bedroom houses. With 70% of these homes at Sky Plaza already sold, buyers will need to act fast to secure these remaining properties.
