Housebuilder gives unique view of popular housing development in Hurworth : House-hunters in Darlington have been given never-before-seen views of a new popular housing development in Hurworth.

Bellway, which is building 95 new homes at Hurworth Gardens, off Roundhill Road, has shared drone footage showcasing picturesque views of the development, which is now 80 per cent sold.

The development, which is set to be completed by next spring, will comprise three, four and five-bedroom detached houses, which all feature garages and private rear gardens.

Oliver Wray, Sales Manager for Bellway Durham, said: “Buyers have been quick to snap up homes at Hurworth Gardens, which offers a range of high-quality houses to suit buyers at different stages of the property ladder.

“We are pleased to offer prospective buyers, who may be looking to buy a new home in Hurworth, a fresh look at the growing community we have created within this sought-after village.

“The aerial view provided within the drone footage gives a different perspective of the homes, as well as giving an outlook of the overall site and its countryside surroundings.”

There’s currently a range of four-bedroom houses available to reserve at Hurworth Gardens, with the final choice of three, four and five-bedroom properties awaiting release.

Oliver said: “These spacious homes have been designed to a high specification, with modern family lifestyles in mind.

“Residents with young children are well catered for, with several well-regarded schools located nearby, including Hurworth Primary School just a short walk away, while the surrounding countryside provides plenty of space for outdoor activities.

“Hurworth Gardens is proving popular with buyers looking for a semi-rural lifestyle as they continue with remote working, while residents who commute to nearby towns and cities benefit from easy access to the A1 and Darlington railway station, less than three miles away.”
