Jenny Walker, Sales Director at Bellway Essex, said: “As a responsible developer, Bellway maintains an ethos of not only delivering much-needed new homes to a community but also creating a vibrant new neighbourhood which has a positive impact on the local area.

“Hatfield Peverel is a wonderful village with a very strong sense of community and we are very aware of the responsibility we have to deliver new developments which enhance their surroundings.

“A big part of our commitment to the village is that of the 335 new homes we are delivering, 132 of those will be affordable properties which means that local people will be able to find a new home in the village and stay close to their support network of family and friends.

“We hope that this range of contributions and improvements will prove to be part of a lasting legacy to the village.”

Work to deliver the new homes at Hatfield Grove, which is transforming a former dairy factory site in the village, is progressing well, while the first homes at Priory Grange will go on sale in April. Work will begin on the new homes at Bury Farm once plans have been approved by Braintree District Council.

Jenny said: “We have already experienced a high level of interest in the properties coming soon at Priory Grange. This strong demand is also reflected at Hatfield Grove, where there is currently a selection of three and four-bedroom homes available to reserve.”
