All Homes Sold at New Development in Salisbury

The final homes have now been sold at a new development taking shape in Salisbury. Bellway is building 82 new two, three and four-bedroom homes at Harnham Park, off Netherhampton Road, including 49 homes for private sale and 33 affordable properties available for local people through rent or shared ownership.

The Salisbury development is transforming a vacant former storage yard site to the south-west of the city into a new neighbourhood set alongside public open space. Work started in 2020 and is due to be completed next year.

“Right from the start, Harnham Park has been very popular – in fact, even before we launched the site earlier this year, we had received a large number of enquiries about the types of homes that would be available. We released the first plots for sale in January and within six months we had sold more than half of the available homes, so it’s no surprise that the final properties have now been reserved,” said Kim Caldwell, Sales Director at Bellway Wessex.

“One of the reasons why so many people have been drawn to Harnham Park is the quality of the build here – in particular, that we’re building homes from our flagship Artisan Collection at the site.

“Properties from the Artisan Collection are always a real hit with our customers. These impressive homes successfully combine traditional craftsmanship with modern construction techniques and have been designed with insights from years of customer input.

“All of the properties at Harnham Park may have been sold but Bellway Wessex is building more three and four-bedroom homes from the Artisan Collection at our Meadow View development just 17 miles away in the stunning market town of Romsey, as well as two, three and four-bedroom homes at St Mary’s Hill in Blandford St Mary, 23 miles away.

“We as a division have a continued commitment to building new homes throughout the region by delivering new developments across Wiltshire, Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex,” concluded Kim.
