Story Homes Has Made Two Senior Appointments

Story Homes has made two new senior appointments. The award winning house builder have been expanding recently, working in Scotland, the North East and North West on residential projects. The company has made appointments from within the company for the Head of Customer Experience and Communications and the Quality Assurance Project Manager.

The Award winning company has been awarded the Homes Builders Federation 5 Star Builders award for the fourth consecutive year and have also been awarded with the Gold and Outstanding accreditations from customer satisfaction body In-house Research. In order to maintain these exceptional levels of customer service as well as the high quality of homes that are created as part of Story Homes developments, these two appointments will make sure that good service remains a focus.

Tracy Calvert has been working at Story Homes for four years at the company’s brand department and will now be leading a new department as the Head of Customer Experience and Communications.

Adam Osliff has been selected for the Quality Assurance Project Manager. Working as part of the site-based production team for the past 13 years, Adam will have a wealth of knowledge that will assist him and Story Homes in his new role.

Tracy and Adam will be working together in order to make sure that the 30 year reputation for quality homes and service is upheld for many years to come.

The house building company has also invested in a range of new technologies that will add to the high level of customer service already offered by the company. There will be a customer portal launched later this year as well as a range of other technological developments released in order to hopefully retain the excellent customer service ratings given to Story Homes. The new customer portal will hold all of the main information for the home-buying process, allowing a dedicated team chance to look for areas that need improvement.
