A national multi-disciplinary firm has stepped up its strategic growth plans with the opening of an office in Cambridgeshire.

Three Sixty Design Solutions has expanded with the new premises in Ely. It brings the rapidly growing firm closer to existing clients across the midlands, south east and north while offering opportunities to break into new markets.

The eight-strong team are based in modern offices at the E-Space North business centre at Littleport in Ely from where they will work closely with colleagues at Three Sixty Design Solutions’ offices in Chichester, West Sussex, and at Tower Bridge in London.

Three Sixty Design Solutions’ disciplines are architectural services, building surveying, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical and fire engineering, specialist surveying, project management and acoustic services.

Managing director Gareth Pryce, who leads the business with directors Simon Avery and Harvey Ford, said: “The opening of a third office is a major milestone in the growth of our business.

“Ely is the perfect location from which to serve our strong portfolio of clients across the area while allowing us further opportunities for growth further afield, including the Cambridge-Oxford arc.

“It is an exciting time for all at Three Sixty Design Solutions as demand continues to rise for our services. We are outperforming expectations under our ambitious growth plans which potentially includes further office expansion nationwide.”

Edward Fletcher, head of building surveying, and Stephen Rodway, technical and business development manager, are leading the team in Ely.

The opening comes hot on the heels of six new appointments at Three Sixty Design Solutions’ Hills Barn office in Chichester.
