Strata Appoints Neil Terrett as Strategic Land Director

Strata, the independent home-builder with sites across Yorkshire and East Midlands, has appointed Neil Terrett as Strategic Land Director Designate, adding further support to the team to meet with its projected growth over the next 18-months.

Responsible for engaging with landowners, agents and professionals to identify residential development opportunities, instigate and conclude contractual negotiations with vendors and deliver market facing planning consents, Neil brings a wealth of experience to the team.

Formerly an Associate Director at Harworth Estates plc and previously with Redrow Group, Royal Bank of Scotland, CALA and David Wilson Homes, Neil is looking forward to the next step in his property career.

He comments: “What I really like about Strata is that the business can make decisions, it doesn’t suffer from corporate inertia and has a genuine desire to be the best regional house builder. With a strong product, as well as good people who are all supportive of the company’s ethos, I’m really excited by the opportunities that this role presents.”

In his spare time, Neil likes to watch and play sports, supporting Leeds Rhinos and Gloucester RFC. He also has two daughters and is an aspiring saxophone player.

For further details about Strata and its range of house types throughout Yorkshire and East Midland please visit www.strata.co.uk or call 01302 508608.
