Laznet Awarded a Total of £877,000

The national supplier of kitchens, Laznet, has been awarded a total of £877,000 worth of work from three brand new contracts. This trio of new contracts will mean that Laznet will be building and fitting kitchens in the next few months in over 238 new homes.

Laznet was established in 1985 and is a privately owned business. The kitchen company is based in Blackburn, with other offices in Reading. Laznet are able to supply thousands of fitted kitchens every year and has a list of clients that include architects, property developing companies and house builders throughout the UK.

The first of the three contracts Laznet will be working to supply kitchens for CALA Homes. 75 fitted kitchens are required as part of CALA’s new development at Medstead Grange. This development consists of two, three, four and five-bedroom luxury homes. Medstead Grange is situated near Alton in Hampshire. Kitchens supplied by Laznet will be bespoke with under cupboard lighting, stainless steel extractor hoods, matching laminate or Quartz work surfaces and glass splash-backs.

Wainhomes awarded the second contract to Laznet. This contract is to supply 79 homes in Blackburn and 64 in Grange-over-Sands in Cumbria. The kitchens are for the respective Bluebell Walk and Shoreside developments. Wainhomes have specified ivory gloss doors for ‘The Loweswater’, the four bedroomed show house within the Shoreside development. The show house kitchen will also have quartz worktops and Electrolux appliances. An example of the upgraded kitchen available on the development will be shown in ‘The Shakespeare’ show home for the Blackburn project. Wainhomes and Laznet have an established business relationship.
