Bruton Knowles, the national property consultants have welcomed a new team member in order to carry out their plans to expand the business’ urban residential offering to clients. Tony Bray has become a part of Bruton Knowles as a Commercial partner. Bray’s role will be to work alongside landowners, developers as well as investors in order to advise on acquisitions.

Bruton Knowles is a national property consultancy with offices in different areas around the UK. These locations include Gloucester, Worcester, Birmingham, Bristol, Nottingham, Plymouth, Shrewsbury, Cardiff, Guildford, Taunton, Leeds, Manchester and London. The business has been operating for more than 150 years ago and provides a variety of different consultancy solutions including building consultancy, estate strategy, agency and development, rent reviews and ratings as well as all types of property management across both rural and urban property.

Tony Bray has 25 years’ experience of working as part of the property industry, and will bring his expertise to Bruton Knowles after spending time running his own consultancy company. Bray’s company, Pure Real Estate Solutions is an investment and development consultancy. Tony Bray also has experience as a partner at one of the largest commercial property consultants in the world, Cushman & Wakefield. This wealth and diversity of experience will boost Bruton Knowles and their attempts to expand.

The new appointment will offer the chance to provide the national property consultants’ clients with a more detail and understanding of urban developments. The expansion planned by Bruton Knowles would also offer support for the building of relationships with both developers and investors.

There is a great deal of potential within the residential property sector therefore Bruton Knowles should be successful when working with clients to build their portfolios. Brays knowledge of the region as well as the sector will prove invaluable as Bruton Knowles look to expand while also being able to offer the best service possible for their existing clients.
