Barratt Homes Awarded With the Title of Five-Star Builder

For the eighth year in a row, the National Home Building Council has awarded Barratt Homes with the title of five-star builder. The residential property developer has managed to operate to a high enough quality to receive the title for the past eight years.

Barratt Homes is known as one of the biggest housebuilder in Britain, therefore their receipt of this title again is amazing news and is a credit to the work that they carry out on and off the site. In order to celebrate the news of the five-star builder title, Barratt Homes decided to donate to five projects in areas where the company are carrying out developments.

One of the groups that received a donation was Wishaw Juniors FC. The football club is seen as a vital part of the community in the west Lanarkshire town. The club received a donation of £150 from Barratt Homes that will be put toward the purchase of sporting equipment. The football club is close to Barratt Homes Ravenswood development which is creating three and four bedroomed homes that will blend in to and  provide homes for the family focused community in this area.

The donation is a reflection of the way the property developing company aim to support the communities that they are working in throughout the course of their development. The Sales Director for Barratt Homes, Estelle Sykes has said that is must be difficult to run a football club, therefore it is great for the Barratt Homes to show their support for all of the hard work put into the club through the donation.
