The first homes at a new development within the Barking Riverside regeneration scheme are set to go on sale next month. Bellway London is preparing to launch Eastbrooke Village, its latest contribution towards the rejuvenation of the former Barking Power Station site.
The new development will comprise 107 apartments, including 53 properties for private sale and 54 affordable homes for rent or shared ownership. Construction work is already underway on the site, which will feature a range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
