Facilities and property management company Fasset Ltd has launched a new in-house grounds maintenance service for commercial property which has already secured sites across Hampshire.
With an investment in excess of £40,000 for capital equipment and professional staff, the business operates both as a stand-alone service and/or as part of a wider FM delivery contract.
Targeting commercial premises such as business parks, hospitals, housing associations, private estates, schools and retail developments, the team already have contracts across Hampshire including Langstone Technology Park (Havant), Apollo Fire Detectors Ltd (Havant), Compass House (Southampton) and Seacourt (Hayling Island).
Services include, maintenance and landscaping development programmes, lawn treatment and maintenance, landscaping services, environmental hygiene, hedge cutting, shrub and border planting and maintenance, hard surface area maintenance (e.g. weed/moss/leaf control) and presentation borders.
Paul Weller, estate asset manager, Fasset Ltd manages the grounds maintenance team, he said:
