Reapit and Homesearch have signed a strategic partnership to make Homesearch the official property data partner for Reapit’s CRM platform. The deal covers the entire UK market and is set for an initial term of three years, with both parties committed to extending it, if it proves successful.

Integrating Homesearch’s market-leading property data directly into Reapit’s platform, the partnership empowers agents with key insights and recontact opportunities through two core elements.

    Reapit Recontact

Homesearch has developed a bespoke lead generation tool exclusively for Reapit users, available to activate and use directly within the Reapit platform from 24 October.

Called Reapit Recontact, this feature automatically alerts agents when leads are ready to engage – even if they are already working with another local agency. It also serves up the potential client’s full contact details, enabling agents to get in touch via a method of their choice.

Recontact is exclusive to Reapit for 12 months and will not be available through any other CRM.

    Property Insight Reports

All Reapit users in the UK will also enjoy free access to Homesearch’s Property Insight Reports via the Homesearch Insight App, which provides detailed data on every home in the UK – including sale and listing history, comparable sales (on- and off-market), and property size.

This rich data allows agents to offer an informed and data-driven service, giving them a competitive edge in the market, the companies say. Together, they can offer Homesearch’s data expertise with Reapit’s platform capabilities to drive efficiency, insight, and growth for agents across the UK.

Agencies with an even bigger appetite for data can upgrade to the Pro Insights version, which includes surveyor reports, property pictures and more, helping them target top properties more effectively.

“Activity has picked up in the housing market in recent months, but supply is still tight,” explains John Hennessy, Director of Partnerships at Reapit. “Estate agencies have to be ready to engage opportunities as soon as they arise, and this groundbreaking partnership will ensure that Reapit-powered agents get there first.”

    Ongoing development

The initial release of Reapit Recontact and free access to Homesearch Insight Reports will help Reapit users to prospect more effectively from day one, but the two companies are already exploring new ways to integrate Homesearch’s data expertise with Reapit’s market-leading platform capabilities.

“Partnering with Reapit aligns with Homesearch’s mission to democratise property data and make it accessible to agents in a simple, seamless, and powerful way,” says Giles Ellwood, CEO of Homesearch. “Reapit’s CRM is the perfect partner for this, as it’s one of the most widely used platforms in the industry. Moving forward, we see this partnership evolving to include more advanced tools and deeper integrations, enhancing the functionality for agents.”
