    PLENTIFIC APPOINTS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT FOR CUSTOMER SUCCESS

    • John Bristow joins the business with significant experience in leadership positions at Salesforce, GE Digital and Deloitte

    Plentific, the leading provider of real-time property solutions, has appointed John Bristow to the role of Senior Vice President of Customer Success. In the role, John will grow Plentific’s client-facing function to help clients optimise their time and resources by driving efficiencies within their property operations management business. He will also be part of the international leadership team and support the continued scale-up of the business.

    John joins Plentific with over 25 years of experience translating strategic visions into operational reality. For the last 15 years, John has held senior leadership positions covering the full scope of business strategy, including operational and financial management, operating model design and implementation, M&A and business transformation programme delivery within both the private and public sectors.

    Prior to Plentific, John worked as Head of Tableau Customer Success – International at Salesforce, VP of Customer Success at Vlocity, a company acquired by Salesforce which offers pre-built solutions on the Salesforce platform, Senior Director of Strategic Services at GE Digital, and Director at Deloitte where he specialised in large-scale transformation programmes.

    John’s significant experience will enable him to support housebuilders in utilising technology to enhance the resident experience and streamline repairs and maintenance management, through automated workflows.

    Plentific has seen rapid growth across all markets over the past year, cementing its position as the property operations platform of choice for the social housing sector. In October 2023, six prominent social housing providers managing a combined 150,000 homes, including The Hyde Group, rolled out Plentific’s platform across their portfolios.

    Plentific provides a single real-time platform connecting landlords and property managers with residents and service providers to create a frictionless and more responsive solution to household maintenance issues. The platform digitalises and streamlines household inspections, provides a real-time interface between landlords and residents, and uses AI to connect residents with the best local contractors at competitive prices.
