MCR Property Group has that their recently refurbished Universal Square Business Park, which has been launched for only six months, has reached 65% let. In n the brief six months since the launch of the Universal Square Business Park, 35 Manchester based businesses have snapped up the majority of the office space available.

The business park can be found in Ardwick, which is 1,5 km away from the Manchester City Centre. The project was launched in March in order to offer entrepreneurs quality office space that can deliver support for business growth. The 15,000 sq. ft. of space is spread out over four floors across the Universal Square building. The Business Park offers 69 fully-serviced offices as well as a relaxing co-working space including hot desks and meeting rooms.

There are a number of larger names that have signed to become new residents at the Universal Square Business Park. The companies who have let office space include Carillion, RMB Solicitors, Marsan Holdings. A number of companies have already moved into the site including Vinjuice, Technet, Gracetaste and Stannybrook Property consultants.

It is thought that Universal Square Business Park will have reached full occupancy by the end of this year and there are future plans to expand the concept and roll it out across other similar MCR Property Group buildings that are located across the UK. It is great that a number of small businesses have been able to make the most of the opportunity created by Universal Square and MCR Property Group.

Universal Square is a unique business community that is located just a mile and a half from Manchester City Centre. The site includes five interlinked buildings that have recently undergone refurbishment works. These buildings are open 24 hours a day and also offer tenants and potential tenants car parking, on-site security, a restaurant, a fitness centre and more. Universal Square has been launched offering all of the necessary facilities of a modern office space and more.
