Rendall & Rittner appointed Michael Wareham. Leading property management agent Rendall & Rittner has recently appointed Michael Wareham as Divisional Director for its South Central Division. Having enjoyed customer facing roles throughout his career, Michael has worked in the property management sector for over 15 years, with previous experience at FirstPort and Lambert Smith Hampton. Before joining Rendall & Rittner, Michael most recently worked as Head of Residential South for Lambert Smith Hampton.

Rendall & Rittner’s impressive portfolio includes several residential developments across its South Central division. Michael’s role will be to oversee the complete range of client services on offer, including building repairs, financial control and on-site teams. With his interest in delivering exceptional customer service, Michael is also excited to develop relations with leaseholders and residents’ associations in order to help strive for continuous improvement at sites across the region.

After managing his first property in Portsmouth, Michael has built a successful career in property management. Working to maintain sites that people live in is incredibly rewarding for Michael, as he enjoys the responsibility of caring for other people’s homes. Michael is looking forward to the challenges and responsibilities he will face in his new role, and is committed to ensuring homes at all sites are maintained and managed to the highest standards.

Michael comments: “Since starting my career in property management, I have made several contacts in the sector. Those that work at Rendall & Ritter have always said such wonderful things about the company and I was really inspired to find a suitable role for myself. Throughout the application process, everyone that I met with was very engaging and were also hugely passionate about Rendall & Rittner’s development and future ambitions. Since starting, I have had an amazing induction schedule that has really helped me to settle in and meet my team. I am excited to see what my time at Rendall & Rittner brings.”

Richard Daver, Managing Director of Rendall & Rittner said: “I am delighted to welcome Michael to our team. This is an exciting time for our South Central division, as we are growing our portfolio with the addition of new sites. Michael’s passion and commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service will be invaluable, and I am looking forward to seeing the contribution he makes to the future success of our South Central division.”
