    David Wilson Homes, a part of Barratt Developments PLC has revealed that there are a few properties remaining at the housing development, The Botanics. The property development company has said that aspiring house hunters are running out of time to get their hands on a brand new home located in this luxury development in the west end of Glasgow.

    David Wilson has announced that their site at The Botanics has only three apartments and five town houses remaining to purchase. The apartments and townhouses at the Glasgow site have been described by Estelle Sykes, the Sales Director at Barratt West as very popular with buyers who are looking to live in the West End. The site will be complete when the remaining properties for sale are taken.

    Those who are interested in the in one of the final properties that are for sale are advised to visit the company’s sales office and showhome this weekend in order to meet the company’s expert team of sales advisors who will be on site and available to talk through the different house styles on the development as well as the different buying options that are available on the development.

    The homes that are available at The Botanics include Freesia, a fourth floor, two-bedroomed apartment with a secluded balcony that look out over Glasgow’s West End. The balcony is also available in Acer, a four bedroomed townhouse that comes with an integral; double garage with three spacious terraces overlooking the Botanic Gardens. The prices of the apartments on this exclusive development start from £335,995 and the townhouses are available from £899,000. David Wilson Homes are also offering private viewing appointments in addition to the weekend open houses, to view any of the remaining properties and the showhome. For those just wanting to stop by, the sales office and showhome are open to visitors between 12:30p, -5:30pm and from Tuesday-Sunday between 10am and 5:30pm.
