The first units on a brand new industrial park in a prime Midlands location have already been sold by commercial property agency Bromwich Hardy.
The properties are among 20 new-build units available at the Albion Enterprise Park on Endemere Road in Coventry, with sizes ranging from 1,367 to 3,165 sq ft.
Mark Booth, a senior surveyor at Bromwich Hardy, explained that all units will come with parking, EV charging points, mezzanine floors and electric loading doors.
Mr Booth said: “We’ve been busy handling lots of interest and have already sold several of these 20 brand new units on Albion Enterprise Park, in what is a prime Midlands location.
“There are plenty still available, and all are suitable for a range of uses such as manufacturing, logistics and trade counter use.
“Each unit will benefit from an electric up-and-over loading door, pedestrian entrance and glazing at first floor level, and mezzanine floors are also to be fitted.
“There is also allocated parking and electric vehicle charging points for each unit, and units can be combined if needed.”
Albion Enterprise Park is a short distance away from the Coventrians RFC ground, around 1.5 miles north of Coventry city centre, and approximately two miles south of Junction 3 of the M6 motorway.
The location on Endemere Road is close to many of Coventry’s major industrial parks, with Prologis Park and Bayton Road Industrial Estate two and three miles away respectively.
Gallagher Retail Park is approximately one mile east and is home to a range of shops and food outlets.
