Flick & Son have released the news that they have appointed a new Managing Director. One of the leaders in the chartered surveying and estate agent industry, Flick & Son has appointed Paul Gray for this new role in order to develop their activities in the residential markets.
Flick & Son have been in operation for more than 180 years, with their heritage extending back to Saxmundham 1833. This company is one of the oldest established independent estate agents and has developed a reputation over the years for offering the highest customer service possible.
With moving house considered to be one of the most stressful challenges in adult life, Flick & Son work hard to make sure that they offer a service that relieves some of that pressure and work to achieve the best results possible for all of their clients. The company uses dedicated teams working from their high street offices to offer their services, and Paul Gray will be a valued addition to the management team.
Paul Gray has generated over 20 years of experience in this industry. In his previous role, Paul was Director for one of the most respected and successful independent estate agents found in London, Ludlow Thompson. In his new role, Paul will be looking to develop Flick & Son’s presence in the residential sales, lettings and management markets. Paul will be working to make sure the company continue to invest in their team in order to deliver first class customer service. The Suffolk coastline and the mixture of modern and traditional properties found in inland towns and villages enticed Paul to join Flick & Sons and he will no doubt be able to sell this region to the prospective property buyers.
In order to carry out their development plans, the company plan to strengthen the business relationships that they have already formed as well as creating new relationships and help more clients on their property journeys. No doubt Paul will be an asset to Flick & Son in his new role of Managing Director.
