BR Accountants LTD is anticipating a landmark year in 2026, with client numbers approaching 10,000 and a planned increase in staff of 20 per cent during the first quarter.
The practice was founded in 2008 by Rodion Batir and is led from East London by Ilie Batir, while Rodion continues to support operations from Spain.
A strong concentration on the construction sector has driven the firm’s development, with over 80 per cent of its clients operating within Construction Industry Scheme (CIS). This focus has enabled the company to build a nationwide client base.
The firm’s CIS expertise is supported by long-standing industry experience.
“Having this knowledge of CIS is not something you can buy. I have been working with the Construction sector for nearly 20 years,” Ilie Batir said.
While construction remains the core area, the practice also works with businesses in other sectors, including retail and film, which contributes to a diversified client portfolio.
Ilie Batir noted the importance of combining online services with an office presence.
“We are based in London, and we keep a head office to meet clients, to give them that chance because a lot, if not all, accountancy work can be done online. That is something my brother found out during COVID, and he now does that in Spain. However, we do have an office presence for the people who want that option. We really have clients all over, from London to the Shetlands in the UK and beyond.”
The forthcoming recruitment reflects the firm’s growth strategy and increasing demand for its services.
“2026 is going to be a record-breaking one for us, and we are very happy to be moving onto next levels,” Ilie Batir added.
With continued expansion and a specialist focus on CIS, BR Accountants aims to strengthen its position within the UK construction accounting sector.
