Construction company, Decorean has announced their latest development project. Decorean has managed to secure a GDV residential redevelopment project after a competitive tender process. The London redevelopment about to be started by the full-service construction firm has been valued at £6.2 million.
Decorean is a construction company that has been in operation since 2010 and has since expanded in order to become one of the fastest growing construction companies in London. This new development will transform a site that currently has a three story, 1980s building into 14 one and two bedroomed flats and a secure car park in Whetstone , Barnet. In this area of London there is a high demand for property and the area is considered ideal for investment at the moment. This development will deliver in demand property that has been finished to a high standard.
Located just five minutes walk away from Totteridge and 23 minutes away via tube from Euston, the new apartments will be in a perfect location for those living and working in the Capital city. Decorean managed to get prior approval for the development that will be finished to high standards in order to reflect Decorean’s stated ‘dedication of perfection’.
At the moment, Decorean is working on between 70 and 80 different sites around the country. The company also has around 40 other projects in the pipeline, a reflection of the company’s intensive work schedule and reputation as a rapidly expanding full-service construction company.
The apartments are expected to be completed and ready for the market by the end of autumn next year, in 2018. Decorean is also working on other projects across London and the South West of the country. These other projects include a complete school refurbishment and three luxurious barn conversion projects which are located in the home counties.
