Things to Build to Boost House Prices

Plentific have found out through various methods of research and conducting services the things that property owners are prepared to do in order to improve the value of their homes. It was actually found funnily enough that the greatest amount of change that apparently helps potential buyers decide on which home to buy is determined by the quality of the kitchen area. Information gathered by Plentific demonstrated that 47 per cent of those surveyed declared that the thing that would influence them the most on which property to make into their new home was whether the kitchen in the home was new enough or not. In addition to this, 28 per cent of those surveyed also declared that they would up the buying price based on the quality of the property’s kitchen area.

This therefore indicates that the better the kitchen, the more likely homeowners are going to be able to sell their property at a higher price. In the runner up to the race of what people in this country find most valuable about the properties on the market was the quality of the bathroom and washing areas: clearly, a home with a more high-tech and cleaner bathroom would also have a major impact on the choice of the home and the asking price of the property in question. Plentific discovered that no less than 46 per cent felt swayed by the quality of the bathroom in their decision to opt for a particular property, with 27 per cent admitting that they would offer a higher price for the property based on that factor.

On the other hand, 45 per cent felt that they were influenced the most by new windows in their search for the ideal property of their dreams, with home extensions coming after those other factors. Clearly therefore, merely adding an extension on the back of a house will not guarantee stupendous asking prices. Evidently, eating and defecating are on the minds of the British home seeker.
