Howarth Timber and Building Supplies has undergone a programme of expansion and investment. As a part of this, the company has created a range of showrooms and branches that have officially opened this summer. The building supplies merchant launched the new Howarth At Homes showrooms at their Corby and York branches.

The newly refurbished Dartford branch has also been officially reopened with a new layout and exterior display areas. The new launches at Corby, York and Dartford are taking place after the unveiling of the new merchant’s showrooms in Wakefield and Leeds earlier in the year.

The new Howarth Timber and Building Supplies Corby branch now has the largest Laura Ashley collection. This collection displays a range of both classic and contemporary options for kitchens and bedrooms The Howarth At Home showroom in York also features the Laura Ashley Kitchen collection, featuring a range of appliances delivered by Rangemaster, Smeg and Bosch.

In order to celebrate Howarth Timber branch’s new look, the company gave away a whole range of different prized across the three newly reopened branches. These giveaways saw the luck winners take home either £1,000 towards a new kitchen, a Smart TV, a Smeg blender and a free wine cooler or a range of other equally exciting prizes.

The visitors to York and Corby not only had the opportunity to go home with amazing prizes, but also found out a range of different ways that they could make the most of their new kitchen with a cookery demonstration that was held by chef Kevin Hillyer.

The new and improved Howarth At Home stores delivered by Howarth Timber and Building Supplies has allowed the locations to be transformed from more traditional builder’s merchants to a space that better reflects the custom received from the general public. This more attractive layout allows for the general public to browse through the range of products on offer alongside the trade customers, with the inclusion of the Laura Ashley collections at the Corby and York sites appealing to retail customers looking for design inspiration.
