    Lambert Smith Hampton, the national commercial property consultants have been appointed for the marketing of a modern warehouse unit that is located in Worcestershire. The 28,000 sq. ft. unit is set in Aston Fields Industrial Estate in Bromsgrove. The unit will be available for let and is situated in an ideal spot for transport, as the Industrial Estate is 3 miles away from junction 1 of the M42, as well as the junctions 4 and 5 of the M5.

    It is thought that the unit is now available for let after being vacated by Siemens. The well-known engineering brand is said to be leaving the unit because of a contract to upgrade the signalling of the railway between Bromsgrove and Tewksbury has been completed.

    The property is being advertised as a great property that has the features that make it suitable for a variety of different sectors as well as being in a good location in terms of transport. It is thought that the property will be popular and it will be snapped up quickly by one of the many different potential occupiers.

    The building in question provides two floors of office space as well as a kitchen area, toilets and a newly refurbished canteen space within the 27,948 sq. ft. unit. It is thought that the building would be suitable for industrial purposes as well as general manufacturing, storage or distribution services. The unit could also be used by B8 trade counter companies or for part retail use if the correct planning permission is obtained.

    Lambert Smith Hampton was appointed by Aprilmia Ltd to market the property. Aprilmia is a private investor in the unit, which sits fronting Sherwood Road on the popular Aston Fields Industrial Estate. GJS Dillion are also acting as joint agent for this property. The letting of this unit is a great opportunity to further boost the Worcestershire business activity, which is currently doing well.
